    I've seen their mince being made and it might be 100% beef but it sure aint 100% MEAT!. I'd say it was 15-20% FAT!
    And as to bacteria contamination, it's usually caused by poor staff hygiene and sloppy cleaning practices.
    The local Yank standards are appalling compared to what they enforce over here.
