Ummm, haven't they borrowed the stock? Remember the lithium baggies getting all excited when Morgan Stanley went sub holder in PLS in 2018 after their lithium bear note, baggies made the same mistake then too as MS had borrowed more than 5% of the stock to short the piece of trash back to where it belonged
