Couple of thoughts on the cash position:
1. Isn't it possible that payment of the SV Akkar fee is not due all at once, and that the repayments will be balanced by revenue from selling the flow rate testing and production testing oil?
2. Was it not so long ago (I've tried looking for the relevant announcement but can't find it) that we pre-paid $1m of a fee due a couple of months early as a sign of good faith? Surely a company that was cash strapped would not be paying its bills early.
