I'm just an under educated amateur, but just wondering... if the company is great, and the stock price is so cheap, why are we not seeing any employees buying up? We've seen no inside buying announcements. I think that would be the best statement a company can give. Forget press releases or explainer notes (the market is what the market is, you can't control it), action speaks louder than words. I remember a while back Dean bought a small parcel of stock at I think it was 9cents, which sent a nice signal to the market. Perhaps employees don't need to declare, but if I was working in the companhy and felt good about how things are progressing, I'd be forking out say 10% of my salary on some shares. Perhaps 500K share purchase from an employee doesn't need to be declared? I really don't know but I'm thinking of buying more but why would I if employees themselves are not?
