4c per share income is about what I came up with too.
That would make the sp about 8c by then if thats the case.
A JV partner will want a cut in the listed shares so expect another placement issued to the JV partner for what they bring to the table IMO.
So I expect more dilution to a JV partner but an increase in cash on the balance sheet.
So as a guess say 3 cents per share income is a rough guess on 2,500,000 shares at say 8 cents by then as a guess.
Please correct my guess if someone has a different view.
