They will be guaranteed to get the opening price, which you would like to think will be higher.

Some may think the opening price will be the highest for the day, which it could well be.

They may need to sell.

Personally i find days like today will not be the best time to sell if you want to exit in a short to medium term. More likely a buying opportunity.

Also FFX from this morning potentially becomes a take over target. Something to consider.
