It is surprising why the SP hasn't kicked on. Can only think the reason being, there is still some doubt that if there will be on-going sales after the initial 1.25m has been supplied. If/when there is evidence of on-going supply/orders then a sharp re-rating will occur. Then "going ballistic MAV!!".
