PME continues to bring in multi million/year contracts - deserving of it's high PE. The outlook over multiple years is positive at the minute for PME, and yes the oscillations are a constant change of views expressed as supply and demand. From a technical stand point I think PME is being accumulated in a sell stop zone - an area of high liquidity.
But I understand your perspective and approach and by no means wish to appear as dismissive or rude. I just find bottom picking a slippery slope (pun intended) as the floor could be anywhere. I think the general market rally we see shaping up is purely technical and a classic liquidity grab before a huge dump.
