No, Paul is doing exactly what a person with spare cash will do when he sees a bargain and has a window of opportunity (directors have limited window when they can buy or sell - and the stars lined up for Paul)
Just like many with spare cash did by loading up SYA and other Lithium stocks lol.
Paul likely gets a low salary for the industry and wealth well this is subjective ...not very rich...., its not like all directors are billionaires lol.
