> what is IOU's shareholders getting out of this.
"Unless I'm making 4% per week I don't think the company is going anywhere?"
Dude. Share price is about investor sentiment to a large degree.
What they're doing is pretty risky (someone else may come in with huge sums of money and make their own solution, outcompeting them) and complicated with many moving parts.
Do you think that the general sentiment on HC is good ? People have lost money and hold similar opinions to you. "The share price dropped therefore IOU stole my money and ran away". You yourself repeatedly state that 21 million dollars of capital raised was just "given" to IDSB, as if it was some kind of scam.
Investor sentiment has shifted because they don't understand what the company is doing. MOST people think this is a strict BNPL company. If it was, they would be failing hard because they have *no funding source*. Have they indicated they're looking for one? That should give investors a hint.
> and IOU shareholders are footing the bill for that through a decimation of its sp and shareholders value from 50c to 6c ?
Why did the share price go to 50 cents? Was it ever worth 50 cents?
Your complaints seem to be centred around the way a relatively small company has been pumped and dumped.
That has nought to do with the companies plans or capacity to execute them.
I keep repeating myself here. You can't gain evidence that the IDSB purchase will improve their value/profitability until T2 is complete.
They can only offer investors one performance metric, which is the BNPL part of their business.
They're running it at less bad debt than average for finance in Malaysia.
They're running at *significantly less* bad debt than BNPL's in general.
So.. are they managing SOMEthing well? Yes.
