Biden administration just posted this with the latest news on Nan. My take is, every annoucement they make, it has to come with some form of immediate relief, ie Million of bottles ready to ship. If A2 is doing well and do not have Million of cans to spare, it could be the sticking factor in gaining the approval. The best scenario for A2 would be for a long term agreement on supply.
