Just a reminder:

SW1 did a placement at 3.75c in November 2020 in which was at a discount to the prevailing price at the time (4.9c).
Since then, the company has cleaned up its act, is starting to deliver sustainable cashflow and seems to be winning some contracts.
Basically, SW1 is in a much better place than it was back in Nov 2020. Additionally, the ASX 200 is 20% higher since then.
All things being equal, now that Regal are gone, (so we hear), the share price has definitely got the capacity to run to 8c this time round
