I think it was the use of the word ïnsider" that led me to respond the way I did.

As you know, ïnsider" can have the connotation of ""something shady""

I just prefer to use the term "Director'

Nothing shady about this company. My only complaint about his purchases is that he has so many, it really shrinks the free float.

But having said that, I will match his million dollars any day with my ten grand & ride on his coat tails.

I usually look for a large holding by Directors & tight Top 20 in companies I buy.
