Its clear that ESI's "Halcrows Holdings" is indeed a subsidiary of the UK monstrosity. No 4 most profitable UK private firm - I can live with Halcrow as No1 ESI holder.
No insto could have the credibility of Halcrow...exactly the direction we want ESI to take. ESI has, with the techs, the opportunity to break out of the pumpadumpa microcap cycle. Relationships like Halcrow enhance that likelihood. I like Halcrows shareholder/employee structure - incentive galore to perform.
The sp may take time to recognise it - but make no mistake this relationship is a derisker. Halcrow have been around since 1868...
Credibility is oozing from Halcrow - big fish.
Kos certainly has a credibility tick when he visits instos - but throwing in a banked $3.5 mill will get them salivating.

Best Overall Performance in Fostering Employee Share Ownership
Winner- 1,001 - 10,000 Employees
Halcrow Holdings Limited
Halcrow stormed head of the competition in this category. The judges were of the opinion that the company displays a clearly worked out rationale with ESO tied into a change
programme. An ownership programme has impacted the culture of the company from the founding moment, exhibited by the fact that 80% of employees are direct shareholders. The judges were impressed by the real belief in the cause, indicated by Halcrows target to encourage the remainder of staff to be involved by 2010. Judges also picked up on the companys incredibly high SAYE retention rate and were delighted with Halcrows efforts to do everything they can to promote the internal share market."
