It's obviously you haven't been following Bubs in the last 9 months as we have from 1 China seller excluding other channel partner committing to a minimum commit of 50M this financial year, 80M the following year and 120M the year after. Additionally YTD Bubs are profitable, expanding plant facilities, expanding product line and growing quarter on quarter, the only statement in your post that you may come true is that of a takeover, currently the share price is 62 cents and a take over price would need to be greater than the current share price.
