I disagree. Psychologically it would lead a prospective investor to question why the company is to be removed from the index.

Removal from the index would not be considered a bullish move. However, when we consider the removal of SPX from the index, and the lack of company update announcements in conjunction with ongoing stage 4 decline in share price; you have to wonder if this latest price sensitive announcement provides conformation of the short to medium term share price trajectory.

I feel that it does, overwhelmingly.

Based on the long term price action, and lack of updates from SPX; it would be no surprise if they are placed in voluntary suspension.
