The thought has crossed my mind but...
If 'they' have good potential prospects that need something like ASX TSC as a vehicle on say 80/20 basis
and increases SH value, along with Caruso's experience and obvious 'keenness' for the job
He brings to the table shares bought on market plus potential prospects.
With the SP @ this level.....
I'm gonna vote for the bloke who wants the job.
