Post Demerger Chart

Today has probably seen a record number of posters on the FFX threads. It has been a week of anticipation followed by a general feeling of disappointment at the end result….none of which should have been a big surprise following the disinformation generated in the Lithium space by GS using 5 % fact and 95% BS (and not for the first time!) The lithium market will or should recover fairly quickly and we should be grateful we don’t list till 23 June as this fiasco should be largely forgotten. Therefore I would expect LLL to list with a healthy premium to the 70c issue price provided world markets keep their backbone!
As for FFX …….considering what we have:

• a producing gold mine with forecast production of 100,000 Oz in 2022 and 150,000 to 200,000 Oz in 2023
• No Debt and cash of the order of $80m (give or take)
• And 20% of LLL valued at 11c at the issue price of 70c

This is worth considerably more than 36c!!
Attached I have included a daily and weekly chart for FFX corrected for post demerger.
Todays closing price of 36c is right bang on the long term support line dating back to early 2021 and I would certainly expect it to hold. Likewise the weekly chart closed on a strong support line.
Provided overseas markets behave overnight and gold keeps building strength (as it should considering the state of the world) we should look good for the recovery starting next week. Resistance is at 60 to 68c which should be achievable before LLL lists all going well!
