I suggest you google the ICC and look at the rules.
In a JV such as this there is a JV agreement which outlines the responsibilities of all parties...ie: pre epmtive rights, and a whole hgost of other stuff. Its the rules by which the JV operate.
The ICC headquarters is in Paris.
AVZ can not refuse to participate by ignoring it and IMO that's why the suspension remains they are trying to kill it off IF they can.
I think the problem here is posters are getting totally confused with what Jin are going to arbitration for and its NOT the 15% ownership of the resource....... its 15% ownership of Dathcom.
Problem is in the next paragraph AVZ claim that a 15% interest has been transferred......they are 2 totally different things.
