iI still think Australia will do extremely well if not the top performing country in the next decades. We are a commodity country with a commodity currency. Guess what will happen during the decarbonisation, green shift, energy shortage, food shortage? …. with all commodities in huge shortage & massive demand?
Every countries will park their money/investment over here… they will buy every commodity from A to Zinc… & I’m well position. It will be a great buffet for our housing along with strong demographics. Indonesia is the next commodity countries with huge natural resources… we are building a strong ties with our next door country at the moment. The gov is smarter than ordinary HC posters…
