If Zijin held 15% legal title they would have paid the balance of $27 million but no payment has been made to Comminiere and as you say the $6 million paid has been questionable on how it has been distributed within a government department .?
IMO a withdrawal to Paris from Zijin to follow.
Zijin Too much to loose on other projects within DRC .
