Why raise the offer when plenty will sell at this number. The have to have a takeover offer in place to buy more than 20%.
I’m ok if they hoover up all the excess stock; it will drive the SP up at the appropriate time. Only issue is for those who want to accumulate some more cheap shares. I think that boat has sailed.
