This talk of takeovers or buyouts worries me.
Although a SP of 30c is much above where we are now and would represent a good profit for many SHs, it would be insignificant compared to the SP if even the RP11 treatment was successful. Probably an order of magnitude less.
Any buyout would finish those dreams of LT SHs of holding shares in "another CSL".

If every successful biotech is going to be bought out before reaching its real growth phase, why invest in biotechs?

I admit I don't really understand why people invest in (most) resource companies, because most resource companies don't pay dividends. Maybe the SP will grow from the "penny dreadful"" days but the only way to realise a profit is to sell out. Or trade as it goes.
IMO, in these cases, everyone gets rich except the SH.
I don't want biotechs to evolve into this category (I can think of a couple who already are, IMO).

Don't really know what I'm trying to say here, except I don't want PYC to be sold out cheaply.
