Aftwr thinking about it I got a feeling it's to do with timelines. There is definite delay with shipping of plant and maybe there is concern they won't be generating money soon enough for loan repayments. So negotiations are going on to this effect.possibly for a partial drawdown for now to minimise interest payable but to keep things moving.
