The debt aspect worries me also, been watching from the sidelines as there are positives also with this entity. The terminal was in the old Babcock and brown Infrastructures Fund which I was in previously but just got out break even, that was heavily leveraged. Trying to figure out if DBI is just leveraged or over leveraged?
