is that a shrieking crescendo from the other side, I hear...with all the doom and gloom predictions.....
not sure why they bother....since we have such a small audience on this forum...
guess there are many reasons....one springs to mind...
the keen followers who sold out, expecting to buy back 40% lower have reached panic mode....the housing market is getting further out of reach again...
instead of dropping 40% its gone up....what is it, I forget, I recall recent figures between 11-17%....for median city values...
but in the latest property magazines....some suburbs rose over 40%.....amazing....actually...others in high 30%...all those dire predictions backfired.....
property owners are a resilient lot....
