Its an interesting point. Zijin arbitration request always confused me seeing as we have had no direct relationship whatsoever.
It only makes sens if they are using it to disrupt, or as you say they are of the belief the 15% purchase by AVZ is a done deal. If it's the latter I dont understand why we haven't had further clarity on this process though.
