RichardNixon, (PEN)

This is how I would draw PEN over a 1 year time frame. Notice how the purple fork's support tyne parallels the green trend line. They both look to have held so far. The stoch does not look helpful, but the position of the stoch was identical before PEN did it's last range rise. The ema8 is positioned for a cross up, just like last time, and that cross up would be the confirming signal for me.(the ema 8 and 34 values are currently equal)
