Most recent small caps interview which tries to justify the cap raise was more or less a joke.
I am very unimpressed with Idan blaming the war in Ukraine for needing to raise 2.1 million dollars.
And the reason he states that they didn't offer the investors the opportunity was equally as pathetic.
Don't get me wrong, I'm still holding my shares strongly and may even accumulate at these levels but that is his first black mark against Idan for me.
