It generally reviews existing data, comments on inadequacies and, importantly for MSB (and somewhat disingenuous to compare to RTFs) contains feedback as to what is required for a successful resubmission.
Comparing MSB to Aeglea Bio, or even ATHX as they have on other threads really speaks to MSB's strength and potential in their current position.
