Where has the rest of the BOD been? What did Christine Christian been doing as the deputy chairman since appointed in 2016? Why is it better off selling HCF to LFS when BNPL is doomed as stated by Christine Christian? whilst we are still shareholders of those shares (a the new LFS shareholders).
Happy to sell if:
1. add 30% premium to the independent valuer's midpoint.
2. cash considerations
