Insiders sell for any numbers of reasons, if their comment is tax liability, that aligns to the time of year. It's a pretty big tax liability if that's the whole story with Oleg selling $365k worth. It may be that Oleg doesn't have additional substantial holdings to draw from. However, given the amount sold by the two equals to a round figure of 2.65m i'd guess this is more likely an opportunity that's come up for them to sell to an investor.

I get the feeling that even James/Oleg don't know if those 'big' deals are going to come in until they do. Regardless, buying short-term hoping for a deal to come through is never a good idea with DRO. They're consistently failing to live up to the hype their product generates. They are however, consistently growing revenue and expanding product offerings to capitalize on their engineering expertise.
