my brother is a pessimist....he has been predicitiing everything including housing will come unstuck....he has been repeating himself for over 20 years..... he never ever sees an upturn or a swing around.... he says I told you so, if he gets one year in 20 right....
needless to say he has been very unsuccessful....as an investor
a prudent investor, uses caution, ...... the wild 'pigs might fly' assertions, are not the characteristics of a successful investor......
no matter what they tell you.... nor how many times it is repeated....
now, there will probably be some interest in housing around Orange and Blayney...with the 2 billion gold mine...Newcrest...the next mining boom adventure.....
I prefer to invest in my own suburb....where you know what is going on, familiar with same
