P!$$ed with the bank. They had what 8 weeks to review the letter and only reject it when draw down requested.
Yes it is going to cause delays - as per the announcement. Not WKT's fault it is the bank's.
Project will continue when this is sorted. Sounds like on site work will continue but shipping of final items delayed.
