We have a little room to move if our first offer isn't accepted ( as she managed to save a larger deposit over that year )so hopefully it all goes well. She understands its a 10-20 year commitment and isn't looking for "pie in the sky" returns overnight.
I'll be very happy for her if it all works out thats for sure.
