Let's be honest Pfizer never really expected to get this for 11.5c! They made an offer as a way to hold down the SP. 9nce the offer was in they had the ability to work with the board to feel out SH sentiment and price they were willing to sell out at. Armed with that information as well as the independent experts report (which no doubt says the original offer is not in our interest) they are now able to up their offer to something slightly more juicy and in line with the independent expert and all at a 'nice' premium to the current SP and offer. Probably a great tactic for suckering in more SH to vote yes. Fact is, anything under an 'all time high' offer should be a unanimous No vote. The gate has just opened for this company and yet this offer has kept us tied to the start. I for one want to see this baby run a little before we start putting prices on it and selling off (most likely) too cheap
