It's news on the results, they probably reached target depth now, and need to prepare the announcement for the market in case any info leaks.

It's standard practice for price sensitive results.
Nothing out of the ordinary folks, I partially expected a TH this morning and was not surprised at all.

Drew, thumbs up pn a good post earlier, and it's always a good sign for me to have you on a stock I hold.
