MCB if he gets his board seat, which I expect he will, will possibly be able arrange capital funding for future projects and I would also argue that if a clear path away from coal is provided... that banks will also be less likely to knock AGL based on poor ESG credentials.
Plenty of new tech out there... but for AGL it doesn't even need to be new... considering that BESS is currently only making up 1% of the nightly peak supply, and only for an hour to two tops... there is plenty of more scale to be built out... and for much longer durations that Lithium will currently allow...
