No company (s) will spend their cash if they can help it. This may be a good time to start a fund raising chance and bring in some big pocket people showing them what they found with this well.

If this is the case, then both GGP and VIL could be in negotiation with themselves and/or with others. The funds be used could be for investment in new wells, equipment to handle the existing wells, or planning for handling production distribution of gas and/or oil.
