what about if your assets aren't growing in value?

a fall of 5% will lead to a decline of $20,000

the person who had no debt will only lose $10,000

so debt magnify your loses

and of course you have to pay interest on that borrowed money
say 5% or $10,000
so in effect you will end up losing $30,000

debt is a dagger on the steering wheel pointed at your heart one bump on the road and your finished.

ie you better hope the asset continues to grow and you still have a job

that is one little thing people addicted to debt dont see
