I can only guess that they are working on their own marketing and scalability to get this off and running, they will also want first mover advantage over other companies globally. And finally I don’t think in the big picture they are overly concerned about the Australian market. They are global companies interested in 100’s of millions of $ in revenue for themselves and would want to get it ASAP.
