Another good reason is timing before market sensitive ann. Maybe there is one comming and they are clearing their tax liability before being restricted due to pending news. Could be good or bad news but is a consideration for Directors.
one question re tax liability is why clear "in the money options" that create a tax liability and call it " tax liability" doesnt gell with my thinking but we dont know full story
