I have never said we should be "concern" (your quote - again very bad English) about Putin.

From my understanding of what is happening there Putin could not care less so we should have no "concern" about Putin.

You say you replied "it is the Russian civilian who should be concern (your quote and again very bad English) about Putin". Why should the Russian civilian be concerned about Putin? Clearly Putin has support of ordinary Russians - unless you do not know how to read or conduct research.
