Until India drops their new tariffs on low grade ore the ports in China are going to be awash with low grade ore as soon prices edge up within striking range. India were a big buyer of low grade (Fe <58%) and exported as pellets. It will probably kill that lucrative industry so hopefully they'll drop the tariffs eventually.
