I dont know about that, I think any amount of trading should be allowed, some kid in high school wanting to learn the ropes should be able to trade with $100-$500.
The real problem here is not the tiny trades that go through, all that is doing is changing price between bid and offer, the real problem is that there is no interest in the company, someone trading 40cents worth of shares wouldnt be a problem if we had 10s of thousands going through. This company needs to generate interest for shareholders.
And as I type this seems we got an announcement! "Alltype receive $15M of new awards and contract expansions" Lets hope it brings some demand.
