pickup...how are you ?...good to hear from you. Dividend and capital return will be announced in Feb and most likely paid in March. In regards to share buy back they have put the facility in place but not announced when and if they will utilize it. This is the reason Im expecting the dividend payout to be at the top end of the pay out figure i.e 70% as they are drowning in a sea of cash that they would like to reward thier loyal shareholders.
