Maybe some PE mob should offer Glencore a $5.10 or even $5.15 (if the rumour is that they want out ... the directors should have to act in best interest of shareholders and accept higher bid .... or is there another sweetner we dont know about ??
Anyway I am thinking I would like to put a formal offer to the board of $5.10 (per share of NewCoalCompany)
