Yes I think TEG are having a bit each way with regard to Pilot JV & CCS
They have just agreed to agree. providing regulatory approvals are granted and conditions and project viability stacks up.
The way I see it is, TEG are not obligated to proceed with project, but are prepared to express interest and allow Pilot to prove up the concept.
From what I can determine the project has merit and could offer TEG a viable, long term option after CH expires.
A lot will depend on other factors that are at present on the table Re:

Seems to me like a smart management position to take.
I reckon we will get an update very soon, Conrad was in the eastern states all last week.
Like all anxiously waiting on news, but I have no concern as to the endeavor & activity that is going on behind the scene.
