it is most likely (given what was said in the investor webinar) that JS let some information out during his sydney selling tour that was too much and then the BFS has been delayed for whatever reason. so to comply with continuous disclosure they called a trading halt and then VS until the BFS is in a state that can be released by ASX.

who knows why the BFS has been delayed, it could be because of delays with the ASX approving the announcement, MCC not completing it properly or in time, or changes were asked for by CAY. But the fact is that some information from the BFS has leaked outside of the company and the BFS ins not currently ready for disclosure to the wider market.

that does not stop the company from working on off takes or anything else in the back ground. in fact it could be the reason that we are currently in suspension. it is entirely possible that CAY took some of the information that they know is in the BFS and gave it to a financier and that is why they have suspended trading. the suspension wouldnt be lifted until the information that they gave out was released to the wider market, and CAY wouldnt need to disclose that they are working on finance until an agreement had been reached.

one has to question is this your own guessing or have you heard something?

Did investor meetings happen?
Perth certainly did not see any of JS ! So did Sydney as I have not heard any one shareholder or investor say they actually saw JS?
