DC was noncommittal re: dividend when an investment manager asked him on a recent call (as you'd expect). He and the board would be staying conservative to avoid another capital raise (after Dargues). They will keep cash aside to fund development at Great Cobar and Federation, but they could choose to do that as well as paying a small dividend (1c final dividend for the year would be good).
